 My name is Brian Lester and I own LESTERS Catering Company and CATERMASTER Catering Co. We have been catering meals in the East Valley, West Valley and Metro Phoenix for nearly 24 years. My whole family is involved in the day to day operations and we take that responsibility seriously. You never get a meal we would not serve to our own children.

 We specialize in providing school lunches as outlined in the National School Lunch Program. We follow requirements and recommendations per the ADE.

 From Surprise to Gold Canyon Ranch and from Deer Valley to Ahwatukee we cover the majority of the Phoenix / Mesa area. We have the finest in friendly well trained staff. We know how important it is for our company to integrate smoothly with your associates so we hire only the most qualified personnel. Our delivery fleet vehicles are clean and up to date. Our food arrives on time at the proper temperature…every time. Hot food hot ..Cold food cold.

 Food is prepared daily under the tightest Maricopa Health Department Standards at our state of the art 12,000 sq foot facility by our executive chefs. Your students deserve the very safest and freshest meals we can produce. The menus we use have been kid tested over several years. We know what they like and what’s good for them.!  We are able to deliver meals either prepackaged for distribution or in temperature controlled pans ready to be served out. In most cases we supply all the required serving items. You have no out of pocket set up costs. We also can supply all types of milk & juices and all of your disposable items.
